This is a conversation that I did with my friend, Maye. This time we had to do as I said a conversation, where one of us is goint to invite the other to a plan, but this has to decline the invitation. 

Interview

Teacher... 🎓

Here is a job interview that I did with my partner German. We did the interview for a teacher. German was the interviewer and I was the one who presented the interview.

German. Good morning, Leonardo! First of all, thank you for coming today. I hope everyhing is going well. Let´s start with the first question: 

Why you´re interested in this work?

Leonardo. Good morning! Of course. I am a ELT student at the BUAP. I have worked as a teacher for the last months. Being a teacher it´s something hat passionates me.

German. Glad to hear that! Can you tell me who do prefer working with?

Leonardo. Yes, of course. I have been working with children. I think they are awesome learners, and they also can teach you about learning. Working with young.-learners it´s a great experience.

German. Can you share how you handle classroom?

Leonardo. I have been learning about classroom management. Of course it is essential for teaching. For me, the most important thing of the learning is to create a positive environment, and the learning needs to be funny for your students. In the classroom there will be rules, which helps to create a good environment for our students and also to us as teachers. 

German. How do you deal with students´ parents?

Leonardo. The education of children depends on the support of their parents. When I need to talk with their parents I make sure that they have a important role in ther child´s success. Sometimes time is not enough. I give them my contact information so they can get in touch with me and feel free to ask questions. I also share with them what my students have learned.

German. Good to know that. You seem like a good teacher. Finally, do you have any questions about the school?

Leonardo. Yes. I am curious about development opportunities for teacher. Could you tell me mor about it?

German. We are interested on continuos learning for the students. We provide opportunities during the year. We try to include traning sessions for our teacher. We let you know more about this. 

Leonardo. Thank you for the information.

German. You´re welcome! Thank you for coming today, Leonardo. We will be in touch soon.

Leonardo. Thank you so much! I look for the possibility of joining this school.

 

Time Saving

 

 How I spend my time... ⏳ 

Managing my time has been a challenge for me. So far, I haven't employed any specific techniques, leading to problems in managing my tasks efficiently. Personally, I believe I lack control over how I spend my time. Most of my day is consumed by activities of little importance, such as listening to music or playing video games. 
To be honest, I struggle to recall many of the activities I need to complete, which often leads me to engage in other distractions. From now on, I've decided to create a schedule to organize these tasks effectively. By doing so, I hope to gain better control over my time management. In the future, this could become a routine, making it easier for me to stick to my schedule. 

I often forget which activities are truly important. Hopefully, adhering to a schedule will provide the help I need to prioritize my tasks. I've attempted schedules before, but over time, I tend to forget about them. When I eventually perform the tasks at hand, I feel stressed and unsure about how to complete them properly.

Halloween... 👻

First of all, you need to know I worked with the same partners for 3 times. We had to do some works together. This time we did an infographic about how halloween is celebreted in other countries. We chose Australia. I do not remember why, but we had to search for information about this country and halloween. 

 

Black Friday

Black Friday... ⚫ 

This time we got to do a presentation about the "Black Friday". It was in teams. My team mates were Alejandro, Eder and Sara. They did a good job during this presentation. Of course, there were little mistakes such as: mispronounced words, and we were nervous. The teacher helped us with that. So, I am goinf to show you the presentation.

 Beating the Traffic... 🚦

At first, I thought that the drones could be a good idea for delivering packages. But whappens if someone buys a piece of furniture? Of course drones can´t carry heavy things. They just would deliver one thing at time, though. 

Elsa also said, drones doesn´t cause almost pollution. Do you know how much does batteries cause pollution? If you don´t know they are made from metal that could be toxic for the environment.

Although, they will be flying in the air. Don´t you think that the delivering will be slower? Yes, it will. Also, imagine it´s raining.What would happen to the deliveries? Deliveries aren´t safe. As SensitiveGuy said, drones will fall into someone else; this is so dangerous.   Packages can be stolen if there is nobody to pick it up.  

Using drones to delivery has some advantages, maybe it would reduce traffic. But also it would bring some other problems.
