 Beating the Traffic... 🚦

At first, I thought that the drones could be a good idea for delivering packages. But whappens if someone buys a piece of furniture? Of course drones can´t carry heavy things. They just would deliver one thing at time, though. 

Elsa also said, drones doesn´t cause almost pollution. Do you know how much does batteries cause pollution? If you don´t know they are made from metal that could be toxic for the environment.

Although, they will be flying in the air. Don´t you think that the delivering will be slower? Yes, it will. Also, imagine it´s raining.What would happen to the deliveries? Deliveries aren´t safe. As SensitiveGuy said, drones will fall into someone else; this is so dangerous.   Packages can be stolen if there is nobody to pick it up.  

Using drones to delivery has some advantages, maybe it would reduce traffic. But also it would bring some other problems.

 

Problems at the School.

 Problems... 😨

• Mental health is as important as the notes of students. For that reason, having psychological attention in the faculty is indispensable for most students. If a student does not have emotional stability, maybe they won’t feel able to come to school. Besides, students won’t concentrate in their classes because of mental health problems that cannot be attended. Unfortunately, this service is not good enough for our faculty. If students don’t have this kind of help, they won’t have a good development at school.   
• Insecurity is a problem present everywhere, even in spaces dedicated to study. Improve the security in public spaces near the faculty is fundamental, because a lot of students carry with them valuable things like cellphones, laptops, or other tools they use for study, if they get assaulted, maybe they won’t have the necessary for their classes. Also, this problem might reduce the student’s interest in going to school. The Language Faculty is in an insecure zone in Puebla City where assaults are common. If there is insecurity outside buildings, students won’t feel safe enough to go to classes, and will be in constant danger.   
• Having good and qualified teachers is indispensable in every institution to make sure that students will learn and take advantage of the courses. The teacher is a guide for students, and even in some cases, is a model for them. Also, a teacher oversees the group even though we are in college. However, students in The Language Faculty have complained about some teachers who do not really care about their classes or the development of the students. With lazy teachers, students won’t be prepared for future courses, making them have a low level of knowledge.   
• In every school it is important to have a cafeteria where students can buy their food if they get hungry. Students must feel completely fine to have a good development in classes. Sometimes students do not have enough time to eat at home, so having a cafeteria is important to make sure the students will be able to go to classes feeling fine. However, in The Language Faculty, the prices at the cafeteria are so high that students must buy their food in other places, they prefer to eat anything else instead of buying in the cafeteria. Buying outside the school could make students lose class time and maybe eat unhealthy food. 
• Having transportation is important for students because it is important for them to make their journey comfortable. Transportation is important to make the education sure and comfortable for those students who lives away from the city. Schools must have transportation for students´ safety. 
• Facilities in schools are very important for students and teachers.  Facilities do the teachers´ lessons effectively for students. In fact, facilities are good to students´ health. When students know about the facilities they deliver a better education. 
• All English Language Teaching students need a second language to certify their career. Although school help students with a course of a foreign language. It is very difficult for others to enter to these courses. The course does not have enough quota 
• for all the students in the school.   School is not begging you to enter to these course. In fact, you can study a second-language in other course, most of them are expensive. So students prefer to enter to the CELE. 
• Generally, in public or government schools is common not have air conditioning. Because they do not have enough resources to buy air conditioning for each classroom. This is not a problem just for students, this affects also teachers. As consequence of this, when the weather is hot students will get stressed and they won´t pay attention to their classes and it will have an impact on their grades. 
• Restrooms are one of the most important things in a school, especially in the big ones where there are a lot of students. In this case, we are a lot of women in LEI buildings and just have a restroom in this area. Women students to CELE also have to use these restrooms and sometimes we have to wait for minutes to do our physical needs. Therefore, we have to go to LEF restrooms and lost more class time. 
• Floods are a big problem in Puebla city because of the crash. The sewers are clogged and as a result we have traffic in all the city, especially in downtown. In the Language faculty also we have this problem, but just when the rain is too heavy. Hence students get wed for all the water and it is difficult for them to move from one building to another

 

Kermes

 September 15th... 🇲🇽

Last Tuesday I did not go to the “kermés” instead I went to the market with my mom. I was about to going to the “kermés”, because I supposed to go with my friends. But my mom told me, can you accompany to the market? So we went to the market to buy some ingredients to make the food. 

September 15th. We celebrated this day in my aunt´s house. We had a lot of fun there. There were a lot of food. Then my cousins and I went to buy fireworks. Fireworks are a tradition these days. I´m not a big fan of fireworks, but this time I tried to throw some of them. My family and I left the party about 4 a.m. Before we go, we cleaned the street. 

September 16th. She did not to my aunt´s house, because she went with one of my uncle, it was a cousin´s birthday. So we went to my grandma´s house. We went to the park. All my family bought an ice cream. My grandma did not want to eat. She just wanted to walk. 

September 17th. My father´s birthday. If I´m honest, we only live with the same person. My aunts and my cousins, my grandmas and my uncle. We decided to celebrate my father´s birthday in a restaurant. My dad is a huge fan of meats so we went to a meat restaurant. It was a nice day, because we were in family. We did not eat cake, because my father did not want to.  

Review

 13 reasons why... 🎥

One of my favorite series is “13 Reasons Why”. The first time I watched this series was when I was 12 years old. I watched it with my friend, Angélica. We really liked the series so much. This is a drama series. The series is about a girl called Hanna. She committed suicide at 17 years old. But before she died, she recorded some audios for all the people who hurt her. Each audio mentioned the cause of her suicide. Hanna Baker was abused violently. She was bulled. Many students from her school hated her without any reason. There was just a boy who always supported her, his name is Clay. Hanna Baker also recorded an audio to him. As I told, each audio has the cause of her death. But the Clay´s audio was different. This audio mentioned that Hanna always loved him. But she did not want to hurt him. Even though, she did.   

The rule to listening to the audios was simple. Every character needed to listen to the full audios. And next the character who was listening to it had to give the audios to the next person. When it was Clay´s turn. He could not listen to the audios. Because he really loved Hanna. Once he ended listening to the audios. He got very mad with every character from the series. He wanted revenge. And that is the first season. This series has 3 seasons. The first season is very good. The second season is not as good as the first. And finally, the third season is the best.   

This series is highly recommended, the trama for the series is simply amazing. Throughout the series is going, every character has a good development. There is a character called Justin. His development was the best in the series. Let's talk about the cast, it is good. Every actor played their character very well. Hanna Baker was played by Katherine Langford; Clay Jensen was played by Dylan Minnette. I mentioned them because they are the main characters. They did an amazing job. You can see how their character is not passing a good moment.   

If you're a sensitive person this series is not for you. The themes that the series talks about are very realistic. They are what a teenager passes in society. The series also shows sensitive content such as rape, bullying, racist, homophobia. These themes can be vulnerable for viewers. When you start watching the series you could see an announcement of all the actors mentioned that if you're passing for similar situations, don´t watch the series and search for help. Little me

When I was child... 🐥

I used to play with my toys. I remember I was a huge fan of Winnie the Pooh; one of my favorite toys was a Pooh. I was a fan of Barney also. My parents bought me all the DVDs. I still know all Barney songs. When I was a kid, I liked going to school. I had good friends in my kindergarten and primary school. I made a friendship with them for around 9 years. I am still talking with most of them. I miss them a lot, I used to talk to them once we entered secondary school.   

I remember this story very well because my mother told me once about this. This is a funny memory for me but, my mom was very worried when this happened. She was ironing my clothes because we were going to visit my grandma; and she had to leave because someone was knocking the door. I was very curious, so I put the iron on my arm. I screamed with all my lungs. My mom ran as fast as she could to see what was going on. And she saw me crying; she was very worried. We did not go to visit my grandma. We had to go to the doctor, he said I was okay, though.   Since I was a kid, I always wanted to be a teacher. I used to imagine I was a teacher. When my dad saw me once playing to be a teacher, he bought me a huge whiteboard. I was very happy when I saw the whiteboard. He also bought me markers and a board duster. I used to search for information to “prepare” my classes. Once I taught to my cousins' verbs in English. Of course, when I was a kid, I was not afraid to talk in front of people. Nowadays it is difficult for me to speak in front of the classroom.    

One of the things I remember the most is that I always watched iCarly. This show is my favorite from Nickelodeon. This show used to be streamed at 8 p.m. I remember I always tried to finish my homework as quickly as possible to be able to watch the show. I laughed a lot watching this show, it was fun to watch. At the end of the show, there was a part of fans videos doing some stuff like iCarly. There also was a website where you could upload your videos.   

I am a huge fan of video games. When I was a kid, one of my favorite games was “Sly Cooper”. This video game was one of the best games I ever played. It was about a thief raccoon. I had a lot of fun playing Sly Cooper. There is also a Sly Cooper movie.   One of my favorite movies of all time is “Cars”. I watched all the movies when I was a kid. I had a Lighting McQueen car. This toy was my favorite. It was a big Lightning McQueen. This toy was a gift for my brother to me.   

 

 

My bestie

 My best foreign friend. 👦

He is Gerson. He is 18 years old. He is from Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. He has been living in Puebla City for 3 weeks. He told me about the things he does not like about Puebla, and what he likes about Puebla.

• Pollution. He told me that here in Puebla there is not too much traffic. He is what he likes about Puebla. I told him that in Puebla there is a lot of traffic jam, but he is just being lucky. But, he also said that he thinks the air is not the cleanest, and there are a lot of gargabe on the streets.  
•  Food. He told me that he likes the food. His favorite dish is "Mole". He would like to eat "Chiles en Nogada". I invited him to eat "Chiles en Nogada", he said yes. I will let you know what he thinks about them. 
• Noise. He has told me that the noise here in Puebla is too loud. He can’t sleeps at nights because of the noise. He lives in a crowded place, so of course there a lot of cars. 
• Touristic places. He went to "Los Fuertes" las week. And I remember he called me very excited, he was amazed with the view. "I can see the whole city", he said.
